Needle Felted Hedgehogs Class

This beginner level project is a wonderful opportunity to try felting. Participants will learn to make a core and sculpt an adorable little friend. We will work with wool and sheeps locks to make our fluffy Hedgies.

All the materials will be included and you will keep any extra fiber plus felting pad and needles.

Extra tools will be available for sharing.

About Your Instructor

Joyce Hazlerig is an award-winning fiber artist, specializing in needle felted sculptures. She has been spinning yarn, dyeing fiber and felting since 2008. Most recently she has made guest appearances on YouTube for Sarafina Fiber Arts and last year at Living Felt (Texas based fiber arts supply company). Joyce shows her work at indie craft shows all over Texas. In the past she often was found at Renaissance Festivals doing felting demonstrations. She teaches workshops at fiber festivals and lives in rural Smithville with a pirate band of musicians and a herd of renegade goats, plus a rogue pig.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. There is a $3 cancellation fee, and 5 days notice must be given to cancel without additional penalty. Cancellations within 5 days of the class start date are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 2 days of class are not eligible for refund.
