Are you ready to knit, crochet, and connect with fellow craft enthusiasts? Look no further than Studio Socials, held twice a month on Sundays at our cozy Knit ATX studio. They are the perfect opportunity to unwind, create, and catch up with friends in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
A social gathering for crafters in the Austin area, we hope Studio Socials will bring together friends within our community and give us time to check in with each other. We have seating inside with air conditioning at two tables, as well as multiple picnic tables available outdoors in the shade.
Bring drinks and snacks, and a friend or two! You’ll have space to work on your projects, show off your latest finished objects, and time to explore the latest yarns and notions in stock at Knit ATX.
Studio Social events are also a chance to pick up your online order! Choose Local Pickup and say goodbye to shipping costs. Drop by the studio during these designated hours and we’ll have your order ready for you!

Knit ATX Studio
Located on South Lamar between Menchaca Rd and Bluebonnet Ln
The address in 2001 La Casa Dr, but the parking lot is accessible from South Lamar, at the back of the property.
Studio Parking
The parking lot is accessible from South Lamar, at the back of the
property.
Turn into the parking lot of the South Lamar Park shopping
center (where Rick’s Cleaners is located) and you will find the gate
into our gravel parking lot.
Overflow parking is also available in that retail shopping center. Please don't park directly in front of the other business, save those spaces for their customers. There are additional spaces behind those businesses if needed.
There is very little street parking on La Casa, so we recommend using one of these two parking lots available to you for our classes.
