Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 2 days. Our goal is to get your order to use as quickly as possible, and some orders may ship out the same day, but please allow 2–3 business days for processing. We ship out orders Tuesday through Saturday. Any orders received after 3pm on a Saturday will ship on Monday at the earliest.

We typically ship USPS First Class Package or Priority. Most orders shipping to a domestic address over $100 before tax will ship free at the most effective service available to us. If you need a specific shipping method please contact us at info@knitatx.com prior to placing your order so that we can assist you. Some large parcels are not eligible for free shipping.

If you are in the Austin area, choose Pickup In-Store and save on shipping! We have free local pickup during all normal store hours. Choose Pickup In-Store and we will hold your order until you are able to come pick it up in person.
