Refund policy

Knit ATX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds will not be made for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to work with you and the shipping company to locate any missing packages.

Needles, needle sets, notions, and project bags may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

Unwound yarn with the original label and in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

Books, patterns, gift cards, sale items, kits, and apothecary items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If purchased goods are damaged in shipment from us, we are happy to send replacement at no cost. If replacement is not available, credit for the cost of yarn or goods will be issued to the payment method used for purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Class refund policies can vary based on price and timeline. You will find details on refund policies on individual class pages. Same day cancellations and No-Shows for classes will not be refunded.
