World Wide Craft In Public Day

In June of 2005 Danielle Landes started World Wide Knit in Public Day. This event has grown to be more inclusive embracing all the fiber arts. Now each year, on the second Saturday of June, we celebrate World Wide Craft in Public Day.

 

We invite you all to join us again this year as we knit, crochet, and spin out in public at Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches. We will have free coffee and fun guests. Erin Battle, of Yarn Matter, will have a booth with her yarn for sale. We are also being joined by the crochet artist Gina Gallina. Gina is going to show us how to crochet squares to cover her pop up tent as part of a larger project.

 

We will be at Batch on Saturday, June 14th, from 10am to 1pm. If you haven't been to Batch before, we highly recommend you try the cinnamon rolls while you're there.
