Create Your Own Herbal Tea Blend

Teas are one of the oldest and simplest ways of accessing the medicinal properties of plants and can be a joy to blend and sip. In this class, we'll taste several individual herbal teas, learn about what their tastes can teach us as well as their benefits, and then create our own delightful personal tea blends to take home.

Bring your favorite tea cup or mug for tasting! We'll provide some tea party appropriate bites (think scones and cucumber sandwiches).

About Your Instructor
Lauren Peterson, herbalist and founder of White Deer Apothecary, trained at Sacred Journey School of Herbalism in Austin, TX, beginning in 2014. Lauren’s passion for plants grew from her desire to deepen her connection with the natural world and nurture relationships that allow healing to take place. Lauren is a member of the American Herbalists Guild, an association of professional herbalists, of United Plant Savers, and now teaches with Sacred Journey School of Herbalism.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. There is a $5 cancellation fee, and 7 days notice must be given to cancel without additional penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of the class start date are subject to a 50% charge. No-Shows and cancellations made within 4 days of class are not eligible for refund.

3. In the event that the class is cancelled or rescheduled you will be contacted by phone and offered a refund or store credit. Class may be cancelled if there are insufficient signups.
