Alix is a really special yarn. Custom milled for La Bien Aimée, Alix is a gorgeous mix of 70% Falkland Merino and 30% Suri Alpaca.
Alix is made to be knit either double with itself, or with other lace weight yarns, resulting in a sport weight gauge. It can also be a super soft substitute to either of these bases. It is soft and drapey, perfect to be worn next to the skin or around the neck in a lovely bandana for example.
